Someone referred me to this restaurant, I eat BBQ all the time and I know what to look for and the taste. I was unfortunately disappointed in the food, I spent 53.00, brisket is what I love and what I got, it had allot of fat but was very tender. I wanted a brisket sandwich, but I thought it would have been on a bun, but I recieved sliced bread. Hi Trisha we smoke on Post Oak so it isn’t as pungent as hickory. We have sandwiches on buns occasionally as a special but not daily. We are always happy to replace anything you aren’t pleased with just let us know while you are in the location.
A poor attempt to be a Texas Bar and BBQ joint. The brand-new Huntsville AL location was not even close to the original Arlington TX or Dallas BBQ joints by the same name. The fatty brisket was dry. The bark of the brisket was hard and crunchy. The Bull riding and bartenders added a fun TX touch. But they drifted from this theme by making ‘VIP’ tables and requiring cover charges ($250) for tables close to the bar. 4 of us grabbed a table close to the bar and mechanical Bull, but we’re quickly removed from the area at 10pm ... read more
