Further sharks retain urea in their muscle tissue which is what we pee out, so no matter how the shark was treated after death you are still basically eating pee meat dear customer.
This is a vulnerable species, enough is being taken from the oceans we don't need to add to this. Plus method of catch of the beautiful creature is also devastating to the oceans and creatures that aren't intended to be caught. Please reconsider your stance. I am from Texas born and raised and it breaks my heart I have also eaten here before and liked the BBQ but the serving of shark is not something I can get behind.

Great brisket. Unfortunately the habanero Mac n cheese was inedible to myself and my family. It was just way too hot. The bacon Mac n cheese was good but not as good as last time we went. It wasn't as creamy or saucy.
