DALLAS, TX: The sausage was TERRIBLE. If you tried to cut it, it fell apart. The potato salad was a couple of days old and watery. The ribs were tough. There is NO SERVICE. Everything is wrapped in huge, unmanageable sheets of paper. The menu is very limited, and it’s expensive. Will not ever go back. I’D RATHER EAT AT RUDY’S (or Taco Bell🤣).
Their meats did not even come close to Hutchins or Sticky Ribz or even Rudy’s! Terribly disappointed.🙁
It was my first time ordering a smoke turkey from there and I was very disappointed in there customer services.
Was there Saturday, brisket was mediocre at best, flavorless and a bit dry, I had to use the sauce to add flavor, good que you shouldn’t have to use sauce! The jalapeño sausage was ok. All in all, I won’t go back.

It was average last night 10/27/2017. Order the Brisket, Ribs, Turkey, Habanero Mac n Cheese and Beans. The beans were mushy, dry and were lacking flavor. Hire some someone to make your charro beans. Have a tournament and hire them or buy the recipe. The Habanero Mac n Cheese was ok, le falta algo. From pasr visits, I liked the toasty top from the oven. The meats were a bit dry and lack a bit of flavor "sazon" taste or rock salt. You have a good thing here, don't let the food quality drop. The atmosphere was excellent.
I asked Got MOIST brisket and apparently got more lean than moist. So, I was disappointed.
Not one of our favorite in the Dallas area. Ribs were more fat than meat unlike other Texas BBQ places. Brisket was almost all fat. Selections are small and no plates makes it difficult to eat at a table with others. We don't plan to go back.
