I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from another dealer in Edmonton and I got all my servicing from them as well. My first mistake was dealing with them from the beginning. Pure disappointment ! But that is in the past. I just had the best experience dealing with Byron and Dustin getting an oil change and booking for a tuneup and tires. Great people to talk to on the phone. Fred helped me initially doing a video walk-around, which he emailed to me. Peter, graciously, held the car until the evening when I could test drive it. Within an hour we had made a deal and they delivered it to my doorstep in Spruce Grove the next day. Being great salesmen was effortless for the staff, simply because they are genuinely conscientious people.
