Did everything quickly and correctly. Thanks to the young lady at the service kiosk in the service bay. Her concern and help were greatly appreciated.

Very happy with service at service counter from Lady. Very professional and understanding about time frames and how important it is for a person to have their vehicle . Courtesy driver was also very nice . Also salesman I was speaking to while waiting for vehicle was very helpful. There’s only one thing that I was not happy about and that was when I got my truck back didn’t realize till I hit the highway that my hood wasn’t fully closed .
When I was Toyota they always cleaned my car( on the outside). Jeep never does anything extra special to make me proud of choosing Jeep. My car is good. However, the sale guy is super nice and supportive. Take care
Did okay. Had winter tires switched out + block heater replaced. Tire pressure light has come on a few times since the chnage. If this continues I will be back to discuss.
I got to the dealership and walked away with the vehicle I wanted the same day with a lower interest rate then I expected.Every one from the salesman Keith Gladys to the the people in the finance department,including the GM came together to make it happen.
