From communication to job quality they were all I was looking for. There quote was reasonable and they stayed Close to it even with an extra request on my end. Over the years I have put a lot of time into my landscaping and was concerned about all the materials falling down and effecting shrubs and flowers. I am happy to say there care and caution while doing the work left no negative results. Use then with confidence.
The installers for Long Homes were very efficient, neat and detailed in their work. I'm not sure they even took a break ! The window and porch look fantastic- better than I had hoped for! Everyone I dealt with , Jeremy the initial contact sales manager, Crystal in scheduling and Francisco the installer and his crew have been a pleasure to deal with! Customer service and s A++
Very Nice and polite guy, ponctual, very professional, knows what he is talking about. The only problem was that I don’t have the funds to pay. But overall the guy was very nice and polite.

Thalia and Skylah worked with us today and went over all the information regarding changing our new bathroom. They were so thorough and explained everything to us in detail. The great thing was we never felt pressured to buy or sign up for anything. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family.
So far my experience has been great. Caleb knows his product/services well. He can explain the differences in materials in detail and really make the decision process easy. The project manager answered a few lingering questions when he was on site and confirmed I'm scheduled soon for my new roof!
