I not only received a beautiful roof, but also gained valuable information about roof replacements in general. Teresa B**** and her assistant were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the various roofing products. The installers worked diligently and my roof was installed in one day. When they left my home, there was no trace of them ever being there. Overall, great job! Benjamin J.

The jib has not been completed as yet. Installers have to come for another measurement and then it'll be another 4 to 6 weeks before the product is actually installed. But I can give Teresa B*** an excellent rating for getting the party started in an exceptional way. Kudos to Ms. T. B****, she's wonderful.

Your contactors installation team worked with absolute vigor, with the knowing need that they had a job to get done and did it on time, left a cleaned -up work site, and were friendly and courteous. The installation of our new roof on recently purchased older home added beauty and value.

The roofing expert Haida came out and checked out, not only the exterior of the roof, but also in my attic. He did a very thorough job. His presentation was very informative, and he listened to all of my questions and concerns. I feel very confident in the company and in the work their employees do. I would highly recommend Long Home for your roofing and home improvement needs!

The Long Home Products team did a great job installing my roof! The team was professional and cleaned up the area well. The Project Manager and Installation Team lead were friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. The people I spoke to on the phone were all courteous and very helpful. Peter from Long House was courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and very patient. He answered our questions and discussed all options of the product and pricing. We scheduled with four companies to discuss replacement windows. He understood that we were doing research and pricing before making a decision. Peter spent 3 hours with us (they all have), which is twice the time scheduled. That said, it was vital to gather as much information as possible for such an expense. The roof replacement performed by Long Home Products was the best job on a flat roof I have ever seen. Yes, it costs significantly more than I paid in the past but this new roof was built to last. You will not be disappointed should you choose them for your roofing job. The warranty provided is significantly better than anything offered in the past by other roofing companies. Guys were great the was on hands and knees making sure nails or trash didn’t get left behind. Matt was very nice and professional. He introduced himself and said if theres any problems at all let him know. I think the roof looks Awsome. And you have to look out the spare room to even see the rubber roof.
