The amazing customer service we received was beyond words. We weren't pressured into buying off them. We chose them based on the warranty they have and guarantee. They were straight forward with cost and prices. They worked around our schedules with work and came at a better time to talk to us even though it was later in the evening. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Project got off to a rough start. The crew had to remove all the plywood down to the rafters because the originals shingles would not come off. That was OK but I was a little nervous seeing my roof totally exposed to the elements. But they said the new plywood would be no additional cost to me. Great! They got the new plywood and got about 10 sheets on when I noticed it was the wrong thickness of plywood. They were using 3/8 instead of the minimum 1/2-inch. I called them on it and they stopped. Choosing a new roof was easy with Long Roofing. Crews worked well, clean up was great and Project Manager was very informative. Roof was supposed to be done in a day however, plywood was found to be in need of replacement and horrible weather blew in cutting day 1 short. Before the crew left that day, they secured the roof so no damage from the storm took place. The crew members worked well together. So far so good, only time will tell.
The representative is very good and I recommend her to anybody that needs a new roof. She deserves the best she’s very patient & funny at the same time.
I would like to thank our adjuster for coming out everything they proposed was absolutely spot on. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They have a very solid product. They know their stuff and they have qualified employees. The presentation that we got from the adjuster was absolutely perfect. Explained everything out to us. Hands-down awesome presentation and good people to work with.
The process was as it was explained. The team came on time was very helpful and courteous. If I had a question during the process they answered. Everyone was very careful of property and cleaned up completely. I was very pleased with the service I received
Teresa B**** was amazing. Very thorough with inspection. She gave me several options- explained pros and cons of each. Very polite, friendly and fun! In the past these situations have been so stressful. She made us feel comfortable and was very patient. I will specifically ask for her when I’m ready to get windows replaced and bathroom redone.
They have a great product!! I learned a lot about windows that I never knew before, The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!!!! Only thing I didn’t like was the first appointment was supposed to be 60-90 mins and it was 3 hours. Which was way too long. Then I told them I wanted to get another estimate or two seeing as this is my first home and I want to check out different pricing and products !
