Outstanding service. Installers were meticulous about their work and completed the installation in an efficient manner.

The Long team was great all around. Steve did a great job of estimating and demonstrating the superior components that Long uses. This was particularly important as I had inherited an poorly done roof when I purchased this home 11 years ago. Amy did a great job scheduling and facilitating the replacement. The team of men that showed up at 6:45am to prepare for a long hard day of work supervised by a man that seemed to take pride in a job well done where impressive. It’s true that one buys from someone they like! I really appreciated Kevin’s down to earth approach! Long has a fantastic reputation and I feel confident I made the right choice! Their price was not the lowest but I firmly believe you get what you pay for!
