I feel for the staff because having a huge private party and showing a new movie right after with very little time to clean is ridiculous. Our screen time was 9:10, we walk in and the theater is an absolute mess and it smells like kids feet. They rushed to clean it and we get in around 9:40 only for the seats and floor to be covered in butter and popcorn. Time to pull the plug. I went today for a 3:50 show and was advised that theater 8 was "a bit cold" (she was very nice, I will say). Offered to exchange my ticket but I already made the drive and had a coat on so figured it wouldn't be so bad. Well it was bad. My hands were freezing. I have been here several times and come back for their diverse menu. I don't know what happened but there is no cocktail menu. I searched several times but it's beer and spirits. First and foremost clean theater and bathrooms. Very well kept. Customer service was horrible. Second time coming and food came out in 20m but my drinks and candies took an hour to come out. They charge you a $10 fee and you would expect service to be quick, but this is the second time it happens. I will stick to a normal theater and get food myself before I go there again. You can't call yourself a "dine-in theater" if you can't even serve the food by the end of the movie. I should have read the other reviews before deciding to purchase a ticket to watch Zootopia 2 on the Thanksgiving weekend. Credit where it's due -- the seats were comfortable. But any good experience with the theater ends there. We ordered for 6 people. 3 of the orders arrived after 30 mins -- and these were incomplete.
