Amazing customer service. The seats recline and are sanitized after every movie showing. Simple tech ordering menu and wait staff is excellent. Plenty of parking and the bathrooms are very clean. I did have a glitch with my order. I received my food but no drink. After the movie was over I alerted Janet, the manager. She apologized and not only credited my card but gave me a free ticket to the next movie of my choice. Definitely 5 star customer service. Thank you again Janet. Highly recommend to friends and family.

It was our first visit to this cinema. I purchased our designated seats on-line after reading a dozen reviews from prior customers. From those reviews, it was clear that the food was not viewed favorably. We therefore stopped for pizza before going to the theater. Recommended to see a movie to eat and have a drink probably not unless it's popcorn. They automatically include a gratuity so they take their time. My fries were cold. Didn't come with the mail. I wanted our drinks were really small for the price we paid and I ordered a double cocktail, which was not cheap and I couldn't even taste the alcohol Theaters kept clean. Have always had a good experience in this theater but yesterday the temperature was frigid in theater we were in. The manager said he would correct but it never happened. After a second request he said the system was out of order. He did give us a rain check so that was good. Also the food ordering is now on your phone. When we couldn't get it to work a server came in after a while.

Who doesn't love the movies? This is your standard dine in cinema experience. Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. Service in theater is very hit or miss. Last time I was here, the servers were stonily silent. When I asked (and asked) for a water for my son, I waited 40 minutes and ended up having to get up and go to the bar for it. He's 5 so he didn't love that. Other times the servers have been friendly and quick. Also, while the servers in theater are hit or miss, all the other theater staff has been great.

The movie theatre itself was the bomb with a connecting restaurant. The staff working was very delightful and high energy. Ordering food while you're seated was also cool. The food was delicious. The hamburgers to the chicken quesadilla to the loaded fries to the peach ice tea drink was amazing. I will definitely come on back. Very nice and comfortable place to watch a movie

The seats are comfortable. A couple of the staff who take orders are nice and helpful and return to check on you. (Not all) however they automatically add 18% gratuity but dont tell you. Then the receipt requests an additional tip, so you end up paying 36% tip! Thats just wrong of them.

A very nice experience. Staff very nice. Food vis very good, and bathroom is very clean
