I feel for the staff because having a huge private party and showing a new movie right after with very little time to clean is ridiculous. Our screen time was 9:10, we walk in and the theater is an absolute mess and it smells like kids feet. They rushed to clean it and we get in around 9:40 only for the seats and floor to be covered in butter and popcorn. You can't call yourself a "dine-in theater" if you can't even serve the food by the end of the movie. I should have read the other reviews before deciding to purchase a ticket to watch Zootopia 2 on the Thanksgiving weekend. Credit where it's due -- the seats were comfortable. But any good experience with the theater ends there. We ordered for 6 people. 3 of the orders arrived after 30 mins -- and these were incomplete. RODENTS (MICE/RATS) We arrived early and waited while our theater was supposedly being cleaned. Upon going into the theater it was NEVER touched. I made a complaint twice only for 2 members to come in during the trailers to do what I could call a small tidy. Went last night to go see the new avatar movie. Great film and the staff support was great. Patrick really helped out with carrying my whole family’s drinks and food, along with being kind and respectful, he was also prompt with all the members of my family, and quickly distributed all of them to whoever ordered what. Great service and comfy seating, would recommend going to anyone who enjoys movies.
If this is your local movie theater and you are going for fountain drinks and popcorn, then this is a good theater for you. On the other hand if you are going for alcoholic drinks and interested in any of the hot food they're offering, have very low expectations. And I don't suggest ordering much.
