Terrible never got food drink were terrible never finished the movie because we spent $100 on food and wanted to know where it was it never came they had no one to cook. The theater was dirty the bathroom was dirty! They told us they would give us credit to come back!!! We are never ever going back !! Want our money back for everything

I rarely leave reviews but... We went to see Spider-Man yesterday and the movie was awesome but that's where it ends. Unfortunately the food and server experience was a total disaster. The mini tacos were cold and smothered in cream. It was a nasty mess to eat and it didn't come with the salsa we asked for. The pretzel bites were not only cold but raw on the inside and also did not come with the mustard we requested, only the cheese. This place could be amazing. If it were just managed better it would be worth the prices. 3 "adult" (which includes 13 and up) tickets plus one child: $85 online on their website. Hefty. Everytime and I mean everytime my family goes here, our food/drink order is never right. I am done! Yesterday, I ordered a large popcorn combo that came with two drinks and I added in two cookies for an additional $6. I also ordered a separate small popcorn and two waters for the kids. Almost 1/2 hour goes by and nothing. We stop a waiter who takes a screenshot of my order and then comes back with the small popcorn and two waters which were room temperature - ick! Don't order food or mixed drinks. The food was late, expensive, and barely cooked. The drinks cost $16 each and had no alcohol in them; I suspect the staff drinks or takes the alcohol for themselves and sells the mix to the customers. Ghetto staff. Comfortable theater.

on february 28,2026, we were at the movie theater in dobbs ferry where we had a horrible experience. 1- bartenders were grumpy, unwelcoming, bad attitude and rude. we ordered food which was never delivered to our seats. however , the manger , a female (desiree) was super nice and understood the situation. this is the third time i am experiencing this nonsense. look-dine cinema is on my black list.

RATS RUNNING RAMPANT. This place is absolutely filthy. Rats literally running throughout the theater. Not a care in the world from the employees. They don't even clean the theater between shows since there was food and garbage all over the floor before the movie even started. Both our chairs were completely broken. Service was horrible. I got there at 7pm and sat down to place my order using thr qr code. The movie started at 745pm and we didn't get our food until 8:45pm. We never got napkins and I requested service to come back which they never did. I ended up having to go get the napkins myself. The theater itself is nice but the whole point if it is to enjoy the food and service while watching a movie and my experience wasn't great
