Ok, so first this place is beautiful. Came to see Aliens in reclining seats. The theatre is clean, pretty and very well appointed. Also a big plus, very clean bathrooms. Staff were friendly and fairly attentive which was great to see. Now the bad....food was horrible. I spent $140 for soggy pizza, oily chicken sandwich, a watery vanilla shake that tasted like plastic and our nachos never showed up. This venue could be amazing if they could up their food game.

This place was so nice before. Honestly, they can do better. Staff are young and kinda lazy. Went here recently with my to watch Deadpool & Wolverine and enjoy a dining experience as well. Ordered food with the waiter/staff member and waited a a long time before the food came only to get our orders incomplete. Ordered soft pretzels and nachos. Pretzel never arrived. My friend went outside to complain, and the staff said they would bring. The movie was finished, and pretzels never arrived. I'll give them points tho, the mana... read more

I was very disappointed with the food service part of my visit. I ordered popcorn with butter & coconut chicken tenders with honey mustard. The popcorn needed more butter & the chicken tenders didn't come with the honey mustard so I addressed it with the server which seemed to be annoyed that we asked for it. The idea that he got an automatic gratuity was bothering me to the point that I contacted Look Theater. They responded the next day and refunded the gratuity. I absolutely love coming to this theatre because at the end of the day, it IS an experience. It's all how you look at it. I have loved LOOK Dine In Cinemas since my very first experience and perhaps since then a few things have changed or things aren't always right but WHO CARES, I'm at the movie theatre. There WILL be popcorn on the floor, the floors WILL be sticky. And yes, restrooms aren't spotless but could it be it's an us problem and not a staff problem? Theater is great comfy recliners just the workers are the problem. They don't want to be there and could care less

It's sad that in the days of movie theaters closing that people write such terrible reviews. I am sure there are a ton of people who had great experiences but don't bother to post. We loved our afternoon. Easy to order, came FAST and comfortable and clean seating. We should be supporting places like this before they disappear!
