They really need to update their website. it says they open at 12 and they don't open until 2:30. They list movies that supposed to be current but the movie I wanted to see was taken out yesterday but the web site says there is a 2:45 showing. This isn't the first time this has happened. it's very frustrating.

First time here, came to see if it was as bad as Yelp says it is. Got to the theatre 30 minutes early to check it out and have a drink and appetizer. Got the drinks, no appetizer, waited 10-15-20 minutes until people started to come into the theatre. Within 5 minutes everyone had their food, popcorn, drinks, pizza, and burgers. We stopped 3 people for help just to have a employee come to tell us (20 minutes later) it was a glitch in their system. Going to the movies with your family is an expensive treat, especially if you go to a Dine in Theater. You go knowing you will be spending quite a bit of money. Tickets, drinks, food and gratuity. I've been to Look before and the policy of automatic gratuity if you don't close out your tab before the movie ends is ridiculous. Lesson Learned! Tried it again and got a NEW LESSON. I went to this theater before when it was a movie tavern ( Arlington TX) All that has been done is new seating HOWEVER when I compare them to their closet competitor down the street ( studio Movie Grill) the service is WAY LACKING there's no way to call the server during the movie if you need something extra.and the prices are MUCH higher than SMG Typically a movie date for me and wife at SMG runs about $45 but at this place it ended up being $75 and on top of that the service in the auditorium is WAY LACKING. the seat... read more
The drink I wanted wasn't in the app, so I went to the bar to get it myself. 18% gratuity added to the price, because I ordered at the bar. I left MY seat to WALK to the bar and fetch MY drink and get charged 18% tip. INSANE!

I gave them two stars because I'm old and have been going to that theater for decades, so I know how much they cleaned it up and improved the seating, but beyond that, not a good experience. Here are my issues: Signage/Greeters - no one was at the front and there wasn't any signage as to what to do from there, so I went to the bar where I was ignored for a couple of minutes while it appeared employees were checking in or something. Only leaving one star because I have to. I will never come back here again. My sister almost slipped and fell on some salsa the mangers did not care, there was no I am sorry no nothing like we did not matter. Now if my sister would have fell this would have ended up so differently. The salsa is still probably sitting On the floor for others to slip on. Very very rude mangers in charge this day.

Was treated extremely rude by the manager, Katrina, at the LOOK Cinemas theater. I don't even have words for how rude she was and got aggressively in my face. All of this because we wanted to watch the scene after the credits... Several employees and this manager turned the lights on and started talking loudly while we were still seated waiting for credits to start.
