They have done a good job updating the theater. Was there last night to see the Beast and they need to do a better job of training their staff. It was slow to get our food and we were there early. Also I asked for water and a side of ranch for me and my daughter when the waitress brought our food out. She never returned to deliver either during the entire movie and I also requested a server via the look app 2 times during the movie and went completely ignored. Next time I'll bring my own water in!!

Nice Lobby and theater. Ticket prices are way too high, but that is true pretty much everywhere. Food service is not so good: took a long time to receive our food, didn't provide napkins or silverware, mandatory 20% tip, no receipt provided. Also like everywhere is else - the food prices are too high.

Yelp made me revise my review, didn't care for my first objection! Second thing I saw was a big sign on the counter that says they add 18% gratuity to all checks? What? Good service/bad service your charging me 18%. NOPE! Definitely NOT going back, gratuity was designed to motivate servers to give good service and should be completely voluntary. What's the point of calling it gratuity if it's mandatory. Judging by other customer reviews this place won't be here long.

Decided to give this place a shot but probably won't be back. We came 30 minutes before the movie started to order some food. They themselves recommended about 20 minutes early. We presented our tickets and were told the theater was still being cleaned. The ticket agent left and another person came and asked for tickets. He told us to go on in. Came here to watch Downtown Abbey ..NO POPCORN...how can a theatre not have popcorn or a back up machine???? The movie was to start at 12:50...now after 1 pm and the movie is not on..not even previews!

Absolute nightmare!! Showed up 6 minutes early for the movie and could NOT enter the movie because the theatre wasn't clean, had to order food while the movie was starting instead of being able to order it before hand during the previews, 40% of the items pictured on the menu were not in stock and had to ask management to orders those items, which required me to leave the movie seat while it was playing, all in all i got there about 10 minutes before the previews started, and 30 minutes into the movie i still hadn't ordered ... read more

I went for the opening weekend at the location in Arlington, TX. This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had. The manager was very accommodating in the beginning because the theater was extremely hot due to the AC being out. So, he placed us in another theater. It was downhill from there.
