my popcorn was stale and cold, then i got cold pizza with old cilantro, and took 30 mins to recieve my food just for it to come old and stale.
Theater has just gone down hill. I ordered a drink and got my food before the drink. Keep in mind this was an $18 drink asked could I have a cup of water and was told I'd have to pay. Seriously, for the wait alone the water should've been complimentary. Customer service sucks!!
This place was just OKAY. Staff was average but nothing to get excited about. Food was pretty terrible. Tasted like it had been heat up in the microwave. Small space The two really bad things about this theater is the smell. It smells like mold and a 80's shopping mall. Just an unpleasant smell. The layout of the theaters are strange for two and the seats probably haven't been cleaned in years. They feel very sticky. Will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.
I had been to the Look Dine in theater up in Addison previously, and this is nothing like that one! It was a convenient location to see a movie, but I would probably drive out of my way for a better theater in the future. The service was friendly, but our food easily took an hour to come out. I'm glad we were there to see a three-hour movie our we would not have had time to even get two drinks!
We have visited Look Cinema multiple times and have always had a great experience. I tried to book a movie online today (5/10/25) for a 3:30pm movie using two guest passes and all of the information was accurate. When I hit the check out button, I received an error message. I started all over again and the two guest passes are no longer available. I called the phone number on the Look website and the message was, "We could not complete your call, and please contact your admin." Very frustrating...
Update, Anna B has stated that they have been in contact with us. I spoke to a woman at HR that was supposed to call my wife for the information she was asking me about that I did not have. Guess what? No one called my wife and got this info and Matt the GM at this location never reached out to anyone except his HR. Customer service is lacking and a message on yelp doesn't help your customer service. And after reading other reviews Matt doesn't have the greatest reputation when it comes to customer service. Not a good experience. Food was delivered first, and drinks didn't come for another 15 or more minutes later (and yes we asked). Everything was cold by the time you could actually eat. The sound quality was also terrible... my soundbar at home is superior. It was almost like the sound was turned down to the lowest level... difficult to hear dialogue, etc. We asked about this as well, and they seemed to do something halfway through the movie to make an improvement. It is my go to theater. I'm an Infinity member which is an awesome deal. It is close; it's comfortable, screens are awesome and customer service is ok. But I've had a few major issues of late that makes me question their food. I had their carnitas and the meat was rotten. I called the manager and he said they check their food and I was wrong. Very disappointed in our experience with this theater, we saw Twisters which was a good movie but the food was so over priced and poor quality that it ruined our first time there, we spent almost $50 for two Quesadillas (4 small pieces each that were over cooked) a side of stale chips and salsa, and a medium size drink, no refills, it's dark so you can't see the food, we could have eaten at a nice restaurant for less and enjoyed our meal a lot more.
