I had purchased home properties before and to be honest working with Lou and his team was the easiest I ever dealt with. Everything went well, the process is very smooth, there was no stress! I also want to point out that I was surprised when he came in-person to the actual closing. Like who would do that?! That tells you that he is appreciative his customers and he cares.
