Lou was absolutely fantastic. I was a first time home buyer so I had no idea what this process entailed. Lou walked me through step by step and explained the items to me in detail. I never once felt unsure about any of the transactions. The process in general is very complicated and for a first time home buyer it can be a bit overwhelming at times.
