I tell everyone that when buying a home that looking and going under contract are the exciting parts, then you have to get into doing the paperwork. I cannot believe how much they ask for these days and how much detail they need. It really can be frustrating and exhausting but it's required by the government and for good reason. My husband and I have used Lou twice....for the initial purchase of our home, and then to refinance. He is absolutely the best, and we will never use anyone else! His team makes the process painless, and fast. We knew what was happening every step of the way, and when we called or emailed with questions we received a response within a few hours. This is our second time working with Lou. He helped us with our initial mortgage on this house and now we were in a great position to refinance. He has a great team working with him and they always make the process as painless and easy as possible.
