I have worked with Lou two times now. Once to. Buy my new home and to refi. Lou is always looking out for his clients best interest. If it doesn't make sense he will be blunt and honest with you. Lou is a very driven and stand up guy. He and his staff were very quick to respond and operated with the utmost professionalism and respect. He was very true to his word and got my closing completed on time, even though I had started my contract with another lender.
