Lou was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the financing process and even after closing. He went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. Costs were low and the rate was good while the service was unbeatable. Lou is a people person that I enjoyed working with and would work with again. I was referred to Lou's office by my Realtor. The person she had recommended was out of town and I was directed to Lou. What a stroke of great luck.!We talked for a quite awhile about my mortgage needs and he made time in his schedule at the last minute to meet with me in person on a Friday to get the ball rolling on a pre-approval letter so I could start shopping for a new home.
