Lou and the team at Axiom were great to work with during the financing of our new home in Colorado. The paperwork and traceability required nowadays is tremendous, but Lou was easy to work with, sending clear and timely messages to help keep the process moving along. Lou was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the financing process and even after closing. He went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. Costs were low and the rate was good while the service was unbeatable. Lou is a people person that I enjoyed working with and would work with again. I was referred to Lou's office by my Realtor. The person she had recommended was out of town and I was directed to Lou. What a stroke of great luck.!We talked for a quite awhile about my mortgage needs and he made time in his schedule at the last minute to meet with me in person on a Friday to get the ball rolling on a pre-approval letter so I could start shopping for a new home.
