Lou was extremely helpful through the whole process. We submitted contracts on two previous properties prior to the third and last contract which was successful. Lou was always professional, prompt and answered all the questions in a clear and precise way. we would highly recommend him to other property buyers or anyone refinancing a home.

First time home buyer here. Veteran, was going to use USAA because, why not. probably about a month to 5 weeks before closing, USAA declines my loan because I could not come up with 12,000 dollars for closing costs. My realtor told me to call Lou. My loan was approved through GRA in about 2-3 weeks, and I even made money at closing, though I think I just got lucky. Definitely will recommend to any friends down the line.
