My Botox injection was uneven on my forehead and as the Botox wore off, the wrinkles on my forehead were coming back on only one side of my forehead. I would like this fixed during my next treatment and I would like a significant discount on this treatment. The office should have told me to schedule a follow up appointment to check on my treatment and this was not done.
Uncomfortable with cost.
I have been a patient at your office for 8 years. My botox lasts 6 months - 1year a visit. My last visit is the first time the botox wore off in LESS than 2 months. I called to see if I could come in to get a complimentary refresh because it wore off so fast and I was told I would have to pay full price. This is absolutely outrageous & poor treatment of a loyal patient.
