Tara, the laser aesthetician had terrible patient care. After my treatment, She said I may have a "couple of days" of swelling not much. My face blew up, I texted her the next day. She texted back - with an attitude of "you'll be fine." I am highly dissatisfied with my service because I was treated with botox and was not told that if I didnt come back in 2 weeks that i wouldn't receive a free touch-up. It was posed as 'we suggest coming back in 2 weeks' but with my work schedule I could not come back in time. While I was coming to my follw-up appointment a month later we came to the wrong office which was 10 minutes from the correct office and they said we had to come back another day and that there was no way they could squeeze us in. They did not prepare me for the possibility of gross scarring at the bottom of ears. It looked like Bride of Frankenstein with blood running down from back of ears for weeks. The scars needed more corrective surgery which I will probably have done elsewhere.

Again i feelLike I didn’t have specific measures to handle the swelling.I also feel dissatisfied with how I wasTaught toMassageThe breast after surgery. I wasn’t guided that well and one breast is stillSllightly higher so now 3Months in I was told to massage and push down while pulling up on the breast which was not clearly instructed toMe in the beginning

The results of the surgery was a disappointment. My eyes were worse than before the surgery. I had faith in Dr Bucky and was extremely dissatisfied with the results. I was told by friends and employees of Dr Bucky that my eyes were not a positive result. Dr Bucky should have said that he would fix the problem with no additional cost to me.
