Was very well informed as to what to expect before, during and after procedure and very happy to receive a follow up call several days after procedure.
The left side of my face was drooping and when I called and sent pictures to the estatician I did not feel satisfied with her answers.

I was not prepared for the pain nor the immediate outcome of the treatment. I was shown a picture of mild discoloration (spots) over the entire face that could be covered by makeup. The pain during and right after treatment was the worse I have ever experienced, today I am swollen and no makeup can cover this in a presentable manner. I had a job interview today and had to leave work right after canceling my face to face meetings for the rest of the week.
The Laser treatment burned my face and the chemical peel was NOT THE PEEL I ASK FOR

I just felt rushed with surgen, he didn’t take the time to explain things in detail. I expected to have a brochure ready for me with before and after pictures of many other patients who had same surgery.I was satisfied enough with the visit, however I didn’t feel comfortable enough to have the surgery. I felt that it would not provide me with the results I want.Everyone was nice and felt too much of a sale pitch than medical concerns.Maybe I am different.
