RecommendedIt was a great visit but the wait time was unacceptable! I waited for an hour and a half for my appointment!

RecommendedAppointments are on time and the staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. The staff and the doctors are genuinely concerned about the patient’s vision health, comfort and they do an exemplary job of keeping the patient informed of the procedures. The doctors and staff also are very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions and concerns. By far the best vision center/eye doctor I have ever been to during my 60+ year life.

RecommendedI also have a complaint about Louisiana Eye an Laser. Even though I like the doctors and staff, the wait time is ridiculous! That is not just my thoughts, most patients that I have talked to when I have been there have voiced the same opinion.
