Public Service Announcement Today I had a 3pm eye appointment at Louisiana Eye & Laser in Pineville. Being that I hate to make anyone have to wait on me I left work at 2:30 to be there on time or even early, and I checked in prior to 3pm. At 5:04 pm after having words with the front reception desk I finally saw the Optometrist. NEVER again will I wait more than 1 hour to see ANYONE. appt was at 2:20 pm. got there at 1:25 since a new patient. did not see the dr till 4:15.

Wait time is ridiculous. If it was a free service I would mind waiting hours. But when you have insurance & paying for service you shouldn’t have to wait like your at a welfare office. They need to stop making so many appointments for the same time. When I’m having to take vacation to go there I’m not a fan of waisted time. So take y’all’s IPads y’all run around with & work out the scheduling of appointments better. I do have to say the staff was very friendly.

I was very upset as I had a appointment at 1:30 and at 4:30 I got out of there there is no reason to take that long I got back to see the doctor and within :30 minutes after I got to see the doctor I was out of there so all the time was set in they are waiting I waited in waiting very very upset if I had needed my eyes examined I woulda walked out of there
