The staff is so friendly, and they make sure your glasses are correct to your face
Friendly competent staff & doctor
Dr. Patty is wonderful, my mom in law has had glaucoma for years he found it and with a watchful eye has slowed the progression
Very nice facility!! Check in on computer was easy... Greeted when enter door... all employees was nice, very kind... Great visit!! Great job to everyone who made my first visit great!!!
The entire place is a ZOO, and a total waste of your time! After checking in, you sit and wait, and sit and wait some more. Then when you are called back to see your doctor, it’s NOT your doctor you see; they are just calling you to the back to sit and wait in yet another waiting room just to see some clown: Still NOT your doctor. It’s a shell game and a waste of time. That is the most inefficiently run medical office that I have ever seen. I retired in 2012 after working in Orthopedics for 40 years. 2+ hour wait time; they close in less than 10 minutes and there’s still several people before me waiting to be seen. Now when I get to see the dr, my time will be rushed and questions will go unanswered because they want to get out of the office on time. Such a shame that profits are prioritized over patient care. Especially when dealing with something important such as a person’s vision.
My left eye has partially blocked vision and they wanted to charge me more money and I still haven’t gotten a new eye glass prescription. I strongly encourage people to go somewhere else. Don’t let them screw up your eyes
The 8th of Oct. I went in for cataract surgery on my left eye. everything went well,...no pain during the operation. last Tuesday, Oct. 22nd, I went in for my right eye cataract surgery. I was brought back to pre-op, the Anesthesiologist came in, asked how my first surgery went, I said it went fine. He said great, then we will use the same meds this time. Fine. a nurse put the versed in my IV, and I waited.....and waited...and slept and waited..and woke up an hour later...and waited. They finally took me to the surgeical roo... read more
These people take the cake, upon arrival I was told I had no vision benefits. Then I was told I did. So we (me and my daughter)see the doctor and then we head to optical department. Both of us pick out frames and pay the copay/deductible. The next day I get a call from the office saying my child wasn’t eligible for glasses. I then call the insurance company, speak to them as they tell me she is eligible. We call the office back and of course no one answers. Days later I call and spoke to someone who tells me she is calling t... read more
