Waited 2 hours past appointment. Not one staff member tried to help us. Went to desk twice. Seemed to annoy staff member. Won’t be back.
Almost 3hrs and 45 minutes saw dr maybe 15 minutes who tells me abruptly you have cataract up to you if you want surgery. It was a sh$t show I will not be back

As stated by many of these other reviewers, the wait time, well over two hours before seeing the doctor, nearly two hours waiting after appointment time to be called from the initial waiting room, is ludicrous and a complete disregard for patient’s/ customer’s time.

All of the staff is courteous, no complaints there. However it is absolutely absurd to spend 3 hours for a routine eye exam!! Needless to say we did not wait around for glasses, I just got the script and left. We will be going elsewhere next year.
I have been going to this clinic for several years. It is always at least a 2 hour visit by the time I am ushered around from one waiting room to another. This last visit took the cake!! It was a 3 hr visit. I know these Drs are busy but why should the patient have to spend half a day for a routine visit. My Dr was obviously training a new Dr...therefore the time he spent with me was teaching him!!! I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere! Not happy!

As far as I am concerned, they have a rating of 0 with me. I had a scdeduled an appointment with them for medical botox. I have to have this every 4 months. When I made the appointment at least 2 weeks ago, I asked the insurance department if my insurance was still intact. They said yes. After a 45 minute drive there this morning, I was told that I could not receive my treatment because my insurance was not up to date. They are completely at fault for this. Terrible experience. I will not be back. I waited over 3 hours being herded around the building for a simple eye exam. No excuse for that wait time.
RecommendedIt was the worst experience I’ve had there. They were 45 minutes late calling me. The tech doing the measurements for the lens was very rude. She kept yelling open your eyes wider. I had them open as wide as I could even with another tech holding my eye open so much it burned. The one doing the measurements said I was sqenting the tech hold my eye open said it was as wide as it could. I was treated like a child. She was very unprofessional.
