We had a difficult challenge for our loan people: close in 30 days on a complex Jumbo loan with many moving parts. Throw in multiple businesses on our tax returns and other complexities and things were not looking good to close on such a tight schedule. Luke Rodriguez and his team were able to pull it off with grace and skill. We even got to the finish line with less cash to close than expected!! Luke was very professional and knowledgeable, we recommend him without any reservations!!!

I used Luke last year to refinance my house and it was an awesome experience. We then used him ti buy our family home this year and he exceeded our expectations. He helped us close in less than a month because we had an international trip, he worked with us to make sure we got the best rate and was ready when we needed him. Luke was super easy to work with. He's very energetic and helpful which is the kind of lender you want. He was always available to answer any questions, and if he wasn't his assistant David was equally great to work with. I was so appreciative of Luke's diligent work in helping me secure my first home. He was always respectful towards me and my family even with some of my ignorant questions. Luke went above and beyond to help me obtain my loan. He's the best!
