Luke was very responsive, he returned calls and emails quickly. Due to COVID 19, there were some delays but Luke and his staff mostly responded in acceptable time frames. The one area of feedback is around the assessment. I felt the assessment could have been scheduled much earlier in the process. As it were, an assessor was difficult to find as the closing date neared, which pushed closing out an additional week.

Luke was the best lender I have ever worked with. He got us an extremely low rate, and worked with us through the entire process. Even though the title company was being difficult, Luke was the calm voice ensuring us he would take care of it, and he did. I would work with Luke again in a heartbeat!

Very knowledgeable lender, able to explain the intricacies of the process in a clear, understandable way. Follows up in a timely way on questions, very good at exploring alternative options. Has an easy, approachable style. All around, a great person to work with.
