I am almost 100% sure they put a used motor in my 2013 optima when the motor seized up 4 years ago. Was told the oil had not been changed in 30,000 miles and there hasn’t even been that many miles put on the car in that time. An outside mechanic said he had never seen that much sludge in an Intake of any care in his life! Now they want me to pay 6,000$ to replace the motor!

Had a recall on my 2016 Kia soul . Took it up there on June 29. Paid for it to be diagnosed . They diagnosed it and so I took it to two mechanics and they told me it was wrong diagnosis. That what was wrong was a recall problem. My mechanic talked to them and sent me back. CHRIS in service was very rude to me and they tried to tell me it was factory maintenance. Went to buy a used vehicle there today and let me walk over a difference of $400. Plus they were going to charge me $1,000 extra because I wouldn't finance with them, which was non- negotiable. I also see that people's comments from their posts cannot be viewed. Obviously they don't want others to read about their poor experience with this dealer.

They don't stand behind their used cars. Not even 2 weeks after buying a car with 70k miles, the engine started messing up. I was told it wasn't their problem.

BEWARE: I'm from Wilmington, NC. On 1/24/2023 I travelled to the place and traded my 2020 KIA Soul for 2018 RAM Promaster City. Salesperson Jennifer ( (learned she's not with you anymore?) assisted me with the transaction. At the time she called my insurance agent in Wilmington and I've got cancelled my insurance for KIa Soul and I've got new one for the RAM Promaster. At the end she just unscrewed the license plate from KIA Soul and put it on the RAM Promaster. I asked her twice if that's right because from my previous exp... read more
