BEWARE: I'm from Wilmington, NC. On 1/24/2023 I travelled to the place and traded my 2020 KIA Soul for 2018 RAM Promaster City. Salesperson Jennifer ( (learned she's not with you anymore?) assisted me with the transaction. At the time she called my insurance agent in Wilmington and I've got cancelled my insurance for KIa Soul and I've got new one for the RAM Promaster. The service department made me wait 2 hours to check fluids and do an oil change. I asked to have my tires rotated. They failed to do their job. I live in Hope Mills and it’s a 30 minute drive. I guess I’ll find someone else to service my vehicle next time.
KIA itself is an awesome choice of automobile but that’s about it! The parts department and service department are as unprofessional as they come in lumberton!! They did actually admit their screw up…..had no choice but that was after 3 visits which all should have been taken care of the first time!!
Well when I went it was to simply be a co signer after my friend got the car and paperwork printed out. As I was signing I noticed I was the owner. I asked about it. It was supposed to get fixed. Update 4/5/23 I ended up selling the telluride and called the dealership 5-6 times within 2.5 weeks and no one will return my call. They tell me to ask for Reggie but he doesn’t pick up or call back. I’ve sent email to the gm so we will see how that goes. I will just get my attorney involved since the lack of ownership from this dealership is horrible.
they sold a used car with an extended warranty to my sister, a local Lumberton school teacher. They failed to update the firmware, her engine frozen up and now will not honor Kia's power training warranty or the extended warranty they sold her. SHAME on the General Manager claiming its not their problem Anyone else get shafted? Love to chat with you!
If I could give this dealership a negative amount of stars, I would. Never have I ever dealt with such a lack of customer service. My husband and I bought our vehicle from here over 2 months ago and are still dealing with this place.
