After speaking with Alexis at lumberton Kia July 11 to confirm the car I was looking at on the website was still available she confirmed. I spoke with Alexis July 12th an hour before I drove from Fayetteville to lumberton (with these outrageously high gas prices) for the young man to tell me they are no longer able to sell the car (WTF) so basically I was tricked to come to the dealership so they could try to sell me something else I had no interest in… Not Today Lumberton Kia owes me some gas money.

Had my car towed to them on Saturday March 12, 2022. Was told on Monday March 14 that a engine was ordered and would be replaced for my car, that it should take two weeks possibly three but if it would be that they would call me and let me know. the guy that helped us with maintenance on my car was great but the service manger was rude to me snapped at me cause he had ordered Me a seatbelt part when it came. I had covid which was last year he said he order me me another at my request but talked to me ugly was rude. to me I thinking about changing to wilmington kia he acted like I intended to not come on purpose
If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. I inquired about a kia k5 for 25800 and kia seltos s for 25495. On the dealwr site it also offered a 1500 discount on a new 2021 kia. PLEASE READ. look out for average reconditioning fees... they are trying to charge me 3800$ for an oil change and look through of a subaru with 24k miles... I wouldn't trust this dealer at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Service department is wonderful. I’ve never had an issue with them. HOWEVER everyone outside of their service department needs to take a few trainings on customer service. AWFUL. I’ve never been sent in circles more in my life over something that should be taken care of seamlessly. And if they’d return calls like they promised I wouldn’t have to keep explaining my issue - which makes it much more frustrating. 😡
