Drove all the way there after talking to staff while driving there just for them to not know where the car was and to tell me it could not be sold because something went wrong with. It after going thru the shop 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦nothing made sense with them. Lincoln Towncar
Recommendedthe guy that helped us with maintenance on my car was great but the service manger was rude to me snapped at me cause he had ordered Me a seatbelt part when it came. I had covid which was last year he said he order me me another at my request but talked to me ugly was rude. to me I thinking about changing to wilmington kia he acted like I intended to not come on purpose
If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. I inquired about a kia k5 for 25800 and kia seltos s for 25495. On the dealwr site it also offered a 1500 discount on a new 2021 kia. However the dealer had no 2021 kias. When Alyssa Chadwick reached out to me I inquired about the price and availability of these two kias. I ask if the listed prices are accurate, and she said yes. PLEASE READ. look out for average reconditioning fees... they are trying to charge me 3800$ for an oil change and look through of a subaru with 24k miles... I wouldn't trust this dealer at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Service department is wonderful. I’ve never had an issue with them. HOWEVER everyone outside of their service department needs to take a few trainings on customer service. AWFUL. I’ve never been sent in circles more in my life over something that should be taken care of seamlessly. And if they’d return calls like they promised I wouldn’t have to keep explaining my issue - which makes it much more frustrating. 😡
called them about a software update on my car from a letter I got from home office. told them an they transferred me to service department but another sales person answered so she transferred me again.an same thing happened 5 different times.all back to a different sales person..they acted like they was very lost.so I just gave up.. all they wanted was to sale me car..lol..very sad...
I bought a used car from them 6500 cash. They told me it needed to have the turbo replaced and that was all. They agreed to fix it as part of the purchase. I had the car 2 weeks and now it is in a different shop needing 4grand in repairs. Cracked head, bad head gasket, scored cam shaft. I dont expect them to buy the car back or cover all the repairs but it would have been nice if they could have at least responded to a phone call or email, maybe offered a loaner while it was fixed, or to fix it at a reduced rate, something. ... read more
I was ready to trade my wife's car for Telluride I saw that Ladys warranty issues I changed my mind we ended up at Southern Pines Kia and I recommend that to everyone .
