I wish I could find a lawyer who had the balls to sue these liars for false advertising. Believe me I would go full force. But till today they keep getting away with luring people in under false pretenses and telling them I could work with you just to screw with your already screwed up credit. Some people are trying to fix situations that were not under their control at the time. Stop lying to people! Some of us are trying to get back in our feet and you lower their credit scores even more by giving them false hope!!!!

Although the sales person was great I am displeased with how they provide customer service and displeased with how they handle customers concerns. Not even 25 hours after I got the vehicle I wanted to return it. I felt like I was pressured , I felt like I was taken advantage of and also feel like I got a horrible deal on the vehicle. They try to add thousands of dollars in extra fees on used cars. I wouldn’t recommend.
Bogus charges. Building a story on them regarding my experience, over the top fees, and the extremely unprofessional lack of communications. The vehicle i just purchased has a loud sound coming for it. I can guarantee 100% they won't take the initiative to resolve the issue for a man with a pregnant wife and a 2 year old. We shall see.
false advertisement. they advertise one thing just to get you in their store and then don't follow their advertisement. would not recommend this car sales store to anyone.
Friday evening I came in to look at purchasing a new vehicle they showed me a vehicle I wasn’t really happy with and the salesperson then proceeded to tell me that I had 7 days if I don’t like it that I could return and get a full refund back I told him I’d think on it and returned the next day because he seemed like a stand up guy and proceeded with the purchase even though I still wasn’t satisfied with the one and only car they showed me.. The prices they advertise are false. While I understand they have a disclaimer that states prices reflected may not be accurate, but straight out false advertising is a lie no matter how you look at it. Car was advertised for $4400 but when I called salesperson said they were just notified that price was wrong and was actually $5900. BUT.... price online still states $4400. Shady up and down. Buyers beware.

The attitudes suck, the people are hateful and don’t listen. The Boss and the service guy had attitudes with us and didn’t won’t to listen to what we had to say. They left scuffs and black marks all in my car that weren’t there before I took it and said they didn’t care that it’s on us and not them. I do not recommend Kia.
