I would give zero stars if that option was available brought the car in to be repaired and Matt at the body shop when vehicle arrived at all had a rear tires bent out and never did anything about it. The rear tire is still bent out and he keeps telling me that it's an optical illusion. Then man behind the counter was trying to upsell too much...I asked for a drain and fill with my transmission and he insisted I needed a flush and fill. I told him drain and fill only and he got somewhat snarky about it. Then I got a phone call that my cabin air filter needed to be changed....I went and got the air filter and installed it myself. I have no qualms with the quality if service but I was never notified that my vehicle service was completed. The tech admitted he completely forgot about me. I was the one who asked for a status and was told the vehicle was ready for over 1 1/2 hours earlier!! The tech did reduce my cost by about $30.00 and said it was the best he could do. You charge over $100/hr but my time is worth $20.00 /hr?? REALLY?? I am not happy with this offer and would welcome a discussion with someone who cares. This time, the experience was okay. I had a simple tire rotation with an appointment, but I still ended up waiting for two hours. Despite specifically requesting that any battery issues be addressed or brought to my attention, I received the report at the end showing an amber status. The advisor told me to get a brush and spray to clean out all the corrosion.-
They took 2 days to reply ans then told me that the automobile I was inquiring about was just sold. I asked them not to contact me ever again.
I've spent 6597.75 in 4 visits since 4/12/2019 to have body damage repaired.The last visit I insisted the vehicle be repaired to factory specifications, I was tired of the work coming back apart. I was told I would be called if any hidden damage was found. Upon picking up the car, there's a separation of the grill on the right side.
