Service desk needs to have training on how to treat customers when they drop of the car, I had a bad experience.

Very poor customer service. I make an appointment at 8 am for simple tire rotation and to troubleshoot brakes squeaking that they had replaced. The vehicle wasnt even touched until 5 pm and then they probably rushed the work to get done by 6pm. What a waste of my day.

Brakes rebuilt fine. Just don't understand however how an extremely leaky right strut that had to be this way before taking to service brakes could be missed by any technician working so close to the right replacement of all right wheel brake components. Hmmm

They didn't do carwash and they didn't change the sticker for next service. I went to ask for the sticker but they gave me wrong mileage.

The wait was extremely long. I had an 8:00am appointment for a 5,000 mile check and needed a cabin air filter. I left at 11:30.

It took 1 year and 5 days for my van to come. Not really the dealership's fault but a real pain. The dealership was fine.

Called December 21, 2022 for an oil change appointment & was told the earliest appt was 1/13/23. Arrived for appointment on time & requested they check the tire sensor light as it was on. After waiting 2?hours, I was told I needed a new sensor for $250 + labor. I approved installation. Appointment was over 3 1/2 hours as they did not take cars based on appointment time but on who drove into the garage first. Next morning, tire sensor light is back on. Obviously, problem not fixed.
