Over charged for few items and did not inform about service charges ahead of time.

Customer service is not friendly and don't listen to one's concerns carefully.

Customer service is not friendly nor helpful. I asked them to check my tires on 15000 miles check up. Customer service representative told me I have around 4/32 currently (they are pretty good). Then on 20000 miles check up I was told that my tires are in emergency condition and I need to replace them now.

It was quick but they didnt cared much about explaining the multipoint Check report or things that need attention in my car

200% markup on parts Don't ever walk in . Service person kept on mixing up what I needed work on.

multi point check report given by Lynch service showed my break are in very good condition (green). but in 1 week after that, my break pad was complete gone and it damaged the rotor also. ended up with spending $350. none of the service advisor helped me when I raised this concern. bad experience with Lunch Toyota service.

Tire pressure wasn't right for the vehicle. All tires were at 36 to 37 PSI when the front should be at 33 PSI and the rear should have been at 30 PSI. I took a cold tire pressure reading. I had one valve cap cover damaged. I'm and understanding person and I know that people can have off days. Just wish this experience was as good as all the others. I will continue to use Lynch Toyota because the good expierences have outweighted the bad. They are understanding, and pleasant to work with.
