Didn't give me a car wash and told me something is wrong and that I had a leak I do not have a leak smh and spend almost 100 afor a oil change and no car clean pr car wash and had my car for over 6 hours for a simple oil change smh never again wasted money on them smh I would have rate them a big 0 for service not even a rating 1 is worth it
Should an oil change and filter service take two hours to complete? When questioned, the tech said they were shortstaffed and because of the storm coming, everybody brought their car in. My appointment had been made three weeks prior. So shouldnt a 10 oclock appointment take precedent and get in and out before noon?
The service has issues and not properly done.
Took long time. Changed settings such as hear, seat, turn off head light...no sticker as well in windshield for next change. Poor service.
I no longer own this vehicle.
The service specialist didnt know what he was talking about, charged me a higher price way more than what I usually pay for oil change , I wasn't happy with the service and didn't feel confident about his recommendations due to the lack of his knowledge
Service was good but found expensive compared to its competitors. Would prefer/consider other service centers for any future service.
I was disappointed because i waiting to get my car serviced for 2 hrs, even thought i had scheduled the appointment for the service. More over Lynch toyota service did do my car wash after service for which i had again request for it and they done it after that..
Dropped car off at 9:00 am went to pick it up at 3:30 and still not dry. I was told it needed another 3 to 4 hrs to dry. Picked it up the next morning and now their is an order. I have to bring it back in so they can determine what is causing the odor. This is a big inconvenience and time consuming.
