Formal managers good. Recent change of management excellent. Now looks smarter as a building inside and out. Staff more relaxed and extra staff to support the residents. Food choice and quality very good. Always there to answer any questions. We have found the carers very dedicated and caring often sitting with my mother talking to her. Her last few days again staff sitting with her and showing compassion to her. Her last night a carer was with her during the night which was much appreciated be her family. I have just recently come here, the rooms are very clean and homely, there are a lot of activities to go to and the food is very good. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you.

My mother has just been sent to Lyncroft for respite and I cannot fault the care they have given her. The food is lovely and the staff are very caring, can't rate them enough.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolutions when issues arose. Would never recommend it to anyone. The staff never informed us of my father-in-law's change in behaviour and he ultimately had to move to another care home. Extremely poor management by all concerned at Lyncroft.

The care which mum receives is very good. The food lets it down the most "chips with everything" and "tough meat" is not what I expect to hear. Recording that mum does not like the chips or sandwiches seem to always be an issue - allergies can be recorded - why not that and the constant "we have no yoghurts"! Bit of an issue with clothing going adrift in the laundry we have to keep an eye on.
