I visit most weeks, lots of building work going on for the better. Like the new dining room and day room. A member of staff showed me around, My friend does end to stay in her room. I am always offered tea of coffee when I visit.

Everybody at Lyncroft have been exceptional in helping the resident to make the transition into residential care. They have gone above and beyond to help him to settle in and deal with practical and emotional issues. The resident was very isolated at home but he is now regularly enjoying the social activities organised by the entertainment team. We feel happier knowing that he is receiving 24 hour care, support and most importantly company.

Staff are friendly and caring. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. It is maintained with extreme cleanliness and hygiene. The place has a homely atmosphere.

Lyncroft has very caring staff. They will stop in their tracks amidst a resident who is in need of attention. The staff are polite and helpful to the resident's family. The home is clean and practical. At present, there are alterations being completed. This has been achieved by ensuring the development has not affected the resident care or safety.

The people are all very kind. It is nice and clean, they work very hard and nothing is too much trouble.

Mum has been in Lyncroft over 8 years now. We have had our ups and down with problems, however now very happy, we all are and Mum. The care is first class, as now she is poorly. Thank you to all.

I think the staff do a good job as a whole. Seen a couple of incidents of staff speaking quite strongly to the residents, which I wasn’t too impressed with but understand that sometimes the residents can be hard work. I also think that a lot of the furniture and fittings are past their best, some of the armchairs in the lounge are in a bad way, scruffy and stained. Also, some of the dinner tables and chairs aren’t in the best condition. Another example is in my gran's bedroom, her bedside cabinet - the wood effect is all pee... read more
