My Grandad has been a resident at Lyncroft for around 6 months now and I honestly cannot recommend this wonderful care home enough. He was used to seeing myself and my children daily before the pandemic and has had a lengthy hospital stay, moved from sheltered housing to a care home, all during lockdown, all whilst not seeing his family. As the son of a resident going into care during lockdown, I've been extremely impressed with the way Lyncroft has managed his arrival and ongoing care during a very challenging time for both the home and him.

The care that my father has received since he has been at Lyncroft Care Home has been second to none. He has been there since April 2018 and I couldn't wish for a better place for him, he is so happy and the staff love him. I'm happy because he's happy.

No one likes to see their dad in a home, but when you see him so well looked after and cared for to an extent that all the carers treat your dad as one of their own, you know he is in the best place. I can not ever thank them enough.

We have had nothing but the best attention and care for my father from the first moment we walked through the front door, from the liaison manager to the care staff reception staff and the kitchen staff. Cleaning staff and so on. Amazing attention to detail on every level, clean, the meals amazing. Well done to all concerned!

Fab refurb, amazing changes would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home for a relative. More like a five star hotel.

My father initially went into Lyncroft for 3 weeks respite, but after 2 weeks decided to stay permanently. He loves it! The staff are lovely - caring and patient and can't do enough for you. I liked the fact that I didn't need to make an appointment to view - I was shown around straight away, nothing was hidden away. I am very happy that my Dad decided to live here.

The staff are all friendly, the food is good, the home is clean, the care is also good. My mother has only been in the home less than a month so don't know about activities but so far all is good. Looking forward to seeing finished product, too short a time to judge.
