She was a joy to work with, very friendly and professional and patient. Very easy to get a hold of for questions or updates. She was able to work actually very fast to get our loan through quickly. Honestly, you can't ask for a better Lender. I qualified for a special 5% down loan else where with no PMI for 30yr fixed, but they were too slow at the other lender to trust everything would be done, I wasn't able to match that here, they were only able to give me an Arm but able to honor no PMI with 5% down.
