I found Lynn on the "rebound" from previous bad experience with a previous lender who did was not up front with me. I was never informed that my loan had fallen through for certain reasons and had to literally chase down the individual to find out what had happened. I was in the middle of refinancing with another lender. Lynn was working on my sister's refinancing so I gave it a try. Lynn from the beginning was easy to communicate with. We only spoke on the phone a few times but mostly via email. Lynn is knowledgeable, explained the process, fees, etc. and patient in answering questions. I would recommend her friends and relatives.

Lynn helped us with a tricky refi with a city subordination where the appraiser disappeared on us after completing the appraisal, which delayed our closing, but she extended our rate lock without charging us. Lynn is knowledgeable, responsive, and has a great support staff and escrow/title team that she works with.

Lynn always took the time to explain everything to me. She's very patient & very supportive. She also gave me a check list of items to look for when I signed my final loan docs, which made that process very smooth also.
