Love the activities and interaction with other residents. My mom is very social and that has helped her a lot. No facility is perfect and I visited a lot before deciding on Lynridge. It was the only one that the moment I walked in I knew it was where she should be. Have not regretted that for one second. In fact I have referred 2 friends there and they also are very pleased

What we liked the most about Lynridge of Arlington was that It was bright and clean and friendly staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

The facility is slowly getting a facelift. All apartments are being updated to all hardwood floors (much better than carpet that holds stains). New residents will move into a newly updated apartment. Helpers are upbeat and friendly. They genuinely care about the residents. I will say this - I have to continually stay on top of the med techs and the on-staff nurse to make sure mom's medications are being given properly. Overall it was a good experience. Dad had advanced Alzheimers and Parkinson. He wouldn't/couldn't comprehend what was going on. Dad was there only 30 days before passing. Can't make an opinion based on that time, but based on the experience we did have with Lynridge, we would recommend them to other families.

Beautiful place. The best option by far. His apartment is spacious. He was able to bring his favorite furniture from home. Beautiful view of courtyard from his window. Staff has been so kind to him. We could not be more grateful to find this place.

It has improved recently since Sagora took over, but it has had 3 to 4 directors this past year. I think they are still short a few people, i think they could have a few more activities but like I said I think it's getting better

The staff at Heartis is very compassionate. Mom is experiencing some anxiety following her recent hospitalization and the staff have been very good with keeping mom calm. I am grateful for their help. The main reason I picked this community is because of the location.

Facility is fairly clean, but my loved ones apartment is not. There has been high management turn over so any complaints have not been documented or followed through on due to the turn over. My mom didn't need much care for the first 6 months she was there and was able to independently participate in preferred activities. So it was ok, that they weren't very attentive. She needs more help now and the care/attention given is no better. If my mom wasn't almost [removed] and ready to go home to Heaven, I would have already call... read more

What we like the most about the Heartis Arlington community is the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the community and in our case the location as well. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.
