Get directionsMy mother has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going good for her. The facility is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. She has had few up and downs since the move but the staff have been accommodating her to the best of there ability. The only thing I have a concern with is the lack of communication between the medical team and I. Overall I am pleased with the experience for her.
My husband, and I had a decent tour of this community. Everything went well for the most. Unfortunately I was very impressed with this facility, and I did find another community that suited our needs better overall.
Everything is great for my husband since moving into Hartis Arlington. He is making good progress and the therapists that are woking with him have been very helpful.I am happy with the care.
This is a lovely community and I had a great tour of it. It is a brand new facility, so everything looked great. They have many resources available for the residents. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything looked great. It was a very nice tour.
The management staff is very unresponsive. My loved one has had multiple problems at the facility that are unresolved (theft and damage to personal items). The housekeeping is horrible and doesn't happen weekly. My loved one fell over a week ago and blood is still on her carpet. The meals are okay, a lot of repetitive items and lack of choices. At this point, I would not recommend this facility to others.

My loved one and family didn't have a good experience with Heartis Arlington. In fact, I would never take any of my loved one out to their community again. This experience wasn't what we expected. We are unable to recommend the community to anyone.

I am heartbroken and angry. I feel we were duped. Just because the website promises 24/7 emergency contact does not make it so. Just because they advertise a daily schedule of events does not mean that any residents actually participate or that the events are led by someone other than a minimum wage aide. I toured Heartis Arlington and it was like the Cadillac of facilities. The people were really nice; it was beautiful, brand new, and very clean. They had a lot more housekeepers and care providers there. The problem is, with Heartis being the Cadillac of facilities, it was just very expensive. It wasn't in our budget, especially with the high level of care my dad needed.

They raised my mothers rent 20 percent for the prior months rent that had already had been paid!!! We left imediately and got a better estalishment with a better rate than we were paying Hartis prior to the increase for two years! Now they are chasing me fo [removed] for leaving without giving 30 days notice. Poor hiring practices, No one watching over the help sleeping at night. There are better places. Move on to better care
