What we like the most about the Heartis Arlington community is the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the community and in our case the location as well. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

I liked the Heartis Arlington community because it has all been renovated recently both assisted living and memory care look great. I just moved my Mom to the memory care side and I have been happy with the services so far. The assisted living side could offer a little more attention to the residents.

This is such a beautiful place, very nice living areas and dining room. We love the parties and amount of group activities through the day that our family gets involved in. Friendly staff, great place! Very happy here! .

Heartis Arlington gets 5 stars for everything, I have had no complaints what-so-ever. They treated my dad with the utmost love and respect. The thing that sticks out most about this facility would be the caregivers. They really seem to love their jobs and genuinely care about the residents. I am a retired hospice registered nurse, so I have been to and seen a lot of different facilities.

It is very nice sized. Big enough to have what you need, small enough to know everyone. They have struggled with turnover. We have had some breakdown in communication a few times. Overall It has still been a good experience. I feel my loved one is safe and well taken of. We are happy she is there.
Our family had an in person tour and it was fine, but the memory care area was a little dreary and just not very inviting.
Heartis Arlington has been great to work with so far. They have a wonderful activities director which is what I was hoping for for my mother. She does special things for her and has really taken her under her wing and encourages her to participate. The new administrative staff have been really good with communication, calling/texting/emailing with any updates. The staff here go above and beyond for their residents and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
They have great activities directors, but the only thing they could improve on would be bringing in a couple more outside groups to entertain the residents. They could also improve on their salon styling and maintenance.
This community really cares and my friend couldn't walk or stand when he first moved in and within 3 weeks he was standing and walking. The staff worked with him and really cared. The staff was helpful and we never had an issue. The communication was great and they were very knowledgeable and kept us up to date.
