Today, 7/29/22, my husband took my Jeep in for an oil change at 830AM. It's now 4:14PM and HE IS STILL THERE. 8 HOURS for an oil change is unacceptable. They drained the oil from the jeep, realized they didn't have oil to replenish, had to leave and go get oil only to forget an oil filter. I am just astounded by the entire situation. This should never happen to a patron.

The actual service of their Service Department was just fine, with the exception of less than ideal communication- which they’re strapped for employees just like anyone, I can understand it. What I am truly upset about is that apparently someone (either an employee or someone on their property) went through my truck’s compartments looking for items of value (there were none). There service department is a joke.. I took my car 5 times before they finally fixed it. ThenI need a tire fixed.. I went there The tire could not be fixed .. Had to have a new one. They did not have it in stock so it had to be order.. 2 weeks go by.. nothing!! I call and the person said he would have Caleb call me.. back never heard from him.. DONT go here they will take your money and advantage of you if your a first time buyer! I ended up paying for random unnecessary fees, but they were definitely a learning experience and now I know don’t trust dealerships! They just want your money they DO NOT care about your well-being in the vehicle they just sold you.

MAC HAIK IN TEMPLE TEXAS IS SELLING BAD JEEPS AND EVEN CHRYSLER WARRANTY WILL NOT FIX THE JEEP! ITS A SHAME THAT NO ONE WILL HELP US! Back on January 4th Mark Ellis sold us a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 55,000 miles on it. My husband had been wanting one and now he could have it. In July this Jeep left me stranded on 35. We had it for 7 months and only put 7,000 miles on it. It was sold a a certified preowned, yet the engine blew in this 2016 jeep with 60,000ish miles on it. service has gone way downhill in last year or two. I have had my 2019 ram in there 5 times now, i have been through 3 service writers who get fired or leave the company, and there is still an issue with my truck. I have left 4 or 5 voicemails and messages for the service manager to call me and he hasn't.

Spent most of my day here. Wanted a new Jeep, got offered from multiple dealerships a trade in on my car (also showed proof of that number) and the manager here was not willing to work with us. Do not recommend this place, I’ve heard stories but I guess I thought I would’ve been proved wrong. I don’t recommend. Don’t waste your time. Sales man Adrien was amazing. He wished he could’ve made the sale, after going back and forth nothing was done.

They lie about online prices and then jack them up significantly when you try to purchase. Buyer beware and do not believe their online prices. Really shady company. Quoted me a price and then raised it $7,000 and then they were rude and treated us badly as if we are to blame for it.
