Lies! They will lie about everything to make the sale! Then offer little to no help when you try to fix issues. Will not return calls, no matter how many voicemails you leave and no matter how many times you repeat your phone number. Nothing but the run around and now I'm stuck with a car that needs an $800 radiator and who knows what with the transmission and a nice new scratch on the bumper. these jerks didn't fix the truck correctly and my kids ended up LOCKED INSIDE. They want to charge MORE MONEY after almost a grand was dropped to begin with to fix the problem of the doors not locking! I will NEVER recommend to anyone or ever buy anything from these shady incompetent thieves. GUESS WHAT? WE FIXED THE FOB ON OUR OWN THAT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE AN EXTRA $200 for. pathetic business management

My second buying experience with Chris was just as horrible as the first. I gave them a second chance, but not a third. I will not purchase from them again. They lack in communication skills and follow up. It seems to take them twice as long to get accessories then the competitors, they also have a tendency to give bottom dollar for trade but expect top dollar for purchase, always some kind of excuse for the lack of effort. Lesson learned, no more chances.
My husband traded in his vehicle with Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Temple. Not only did they not pay off the trade in vehicle as promised, and the old vehicle company is reporting as a late payment, they have lost the keys to the new vehicle and want my husband to pay for it.$350 and to have it towed back to Temple. Im so disappointed with this company. Dont do business with them. And we will not do business with them in the future.
