Went there yesterday in search of a vehicle. Was greeted by a three ring circus. The new Jeep unveiling. Went to the information desk, stated we would like to talk to a salesman. Took 8 to 10 minutes for her to find one. We told him what we were looking for, he checked his computer, they had one. He was going to go out and find it. Sat at his desk 12 to 15 minutes, he shows back up, said he is still looking, disappears again, after another 15 minute wait, we left. Bought a car from them about 6 months ago, I've had nothing but problems with it. It's been in the shop 4 times and now it needs a new engine because it caught on fire while I was driving it down the highway. Never again will I go to them or recommend to anyone.
I've "adjusted" my last review bc somehow this dealership has had it deleted for not focusing on the service or product even though it was entirely about their poor customer service and maintenance skills... Don't bother coming to this dealership unless you want your vehicle to be messed up, then when you bring it back they deny any fault and put all the blame on you! The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the Salesman Jose (Joe) was great, kept me updated and squared me away with any question or concerns I had. As for rest of dealership leaves little to no service. The finance guy kept insisting in getting a warranty even after I told him no. When I finally picked up my Vehicle it smelled as if was left outside with the windows open during the big Rain fall or Harvey, when I looked under the back seats in the cargo area it was full of water. I could write a novel about why these people suck, but why waste any more time with these people.
I would not recommend this dealership. Their not honest and they don't listen to your requests. I told my sales associate in writing that I didn't want their company logo sticker on my vehicle. But, when I got my vehicle it was still on there. Unfortunately I was in a hurry, so I didn't address the issue. I was told my vehicle was filled, but it wasn't. I drove away and the tank was closer to the 7/8's mark. Their more concerned with selling you a vehicle then listening to your requests and following thru.
Be careful these guys don't seem very honest! If I wasn't paying attention I would have had a service bill for unnecessary parts.
Worse treatment ever: They are great to you when they want your business. Everyone is polite shakes your hand eager to show you cars etc., then the first screwing comes with your trade-in, we bought two cars from them and had two trade ins. One car was still like new with only 30 thousand miles on it in perfect condition and yet it fell short on its value when I asked about it I was told that was the only deal on the table.
