RecommendedReally friendly and helpful. They bought my 2013 Ram 2500 from me at above trade-in value with no haggling. However, they have failed to give me the balance owed to me (been over a month now) because they are waiting to receive the title from USAA. They know the title is coming but hanging onto a $400+ check. Kind of shady in my opinion.
I had a bad experience with their service department. Basically, they cannot follow directions because they're so busy trying to tell you what they're trying to push herself on you that they don't know how to listen. This in turn led to services on my vehicle that should have been covered by insurance, not being covered, and me having to pay out of pocket.
sales person was very rude and insulting. he made fu. of what we were looking for and was very abrasive. I will never return.
was told to go get my trade the manager said they would hold the truck for us returned in under an hour and it was allegedly sold already didn't even have the decency to let us know so we didn't waste our time going back up there
I recently purchased a brand new truck from this dealership. James, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the aftermarket stuff they did to the truck. He was very respectful and is the only reason why I gave them 3 stars. After purchasing this truck though I notice very bad paint flaws all the way around the front bumper. had a recent recall done there, for the shift column. after leaving I had two sensor lights on and my cruise control did not work anymore. long story short, when I went back for them to fix the problem, they attempted to charge me for the cruise control, even though they admitted the cruise control not working was related to the sensor lights being on. 3 hrs later they finally fixed everything, with no charge to me..there shouldn't of been at all anyway. I highly doubt that I will ever return there for anything.
I went to purchase a vehicle at Mac Haik dodge Chrysler the weekend of March 17th. The sales lady was fairly new but you could tell that she was eager to help and make a sale. The finance department is slower than a snail 🐌 on heroine. Waited more than 48 hours for a reply back. Still no word. Needless to say I’ll take my business else where. Apparently they don’t need my money.
