I took my iMac to Rick at about 5 PM on Tuesday, and it was fixed perfectly and ready at 7 AM the next day. Barely a disruption in my online life!

Rick made a very smooth transition from my old laptop to a new one with minimal disruption. This is a great service as technology changes so fast — it isn't just the software you have to deal with but all the hardware changes too. He made sure the ports and cables were also going to work on the new equipment.

I always enjoy having Rick work on my iMac. I purchased an iMac from him in 2024 and it was time to replace it. Rick transferred my data from the old iMac to the one with out an issue. After delivery he took his time to explain the complexities of some of my updated programs. I will surly work with Rick again ! Wade C.

The off site backup service is great. I'm a worrier by nature, especially about all things tech. Knowing that all my files are backed up in some mysterious black box at Rick's takes one big worry off my mind. Great service…and I appreciate Rick always being available for questions and concerns.
